Dave Kolodzik, PPIA, CRVS
Dave is the President of Expert Inspectors. He began conducting insurance appraisals in Florida in 2002 for condominium & homeowner associations. He also has experience in all types of commercial buildings, hotels, museums and even buildings on the Historic Registry.
Dave is a Florida a licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster with the Professional Property Insurance Adjuster (PPIA) designation and a Certified Replacement Valuation Specialist (CRVS) and a State certified CAM continuing education instructor.

M. Anastasia Kolodzik, RSS, CAM
Anastasia is Expert Inspectors Vice-President. She oversees all of our reserve study inspections, processing and reports. Anastasia is meticulous about working closely with clients, creating a reserve study that is not only functional but also one that can work into budgets.
She is a certified Reserve Study Specialist (RSS), a member of the Association of Professional Reserve Study Analysts, and is also a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).

Ramon Giaconne
Ray is a Florida Certified Building Contractor with over 30 years experience with a great understanding of construction laws and contracting business practices.
Currently Ray oversees our wind storm mitigations, roof condition inspections and personally conducts all inspections relating to balconyrailing code compliance satisfying the Department of Business Professional Regulation required form DBPR HR 7020.

Jade M. Kolodzik
Jade is Expert Inspectors office manager. She oversees scheduling and report processing.
Jade literally grew up in the business - starting helping around the office when she was about 10 years old and now is the cog that keeps the business moving. She is experienced in the State requirements for building inspections and the components in the reporting systems.
